Started in 2010 but in development since 2008, NEST Cases is the result of professional designers solving a functional problem. We began as a creative group providing design and technology services to movie studios and lifestyle companies - a business we still very much enjoy to this day. And so, like many in our field we adopted the age of sophisticated smartphones and their accessories. Soon, however, we saw a need that wasn't being addressed as elegantly as we felt possible: protective cases with built-in stands. Sure there were external clips or separate little curved stands but both had obvious shortcomings: either too bulky for fashion jeans or they required carrying a secondary piece sure to be lost. And don't get us started on the inability to display the device in portrait mode! Anyway, after many prototypes and a trip to the patent office a Company was born.
